We do not define CSR as a periodic and well publicized act of philanthropy. We define it in our ability to positively impact the life of every person we touch. We define CSR in our ethical sourcing and procurement practices. We define CSR in our humane and generous treatment of construction site workers. We define it in our honest and earnest marketing communication. We define it in our transparent pricing and sales practices. We define it in the post purchase support we provide to our clients. We define it in our commitment to develop the communities where we undertake our projects. We define it in our ability to create value for our partners. We define it in our ability to help our associates grow. Like we said before, we do not define CSR as others do, we REDEFINE it.
The Arrjavv Foundation
Despite our holistic approach to philanthropy and stakeholder value maximization through our business practices, we realize the need to provide targeted support to the section of society which we cannot touch through our business activities. With this in view we have set up the Arrjavv foundation. We are in the process of developing our target strategy and action areas.
